Refund policy

Custom-Made and Personalized Products

Personalized products, including QR code T-shirts and any item printed with customer-provided information, are made specifically for each order.

Because these products are made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, wrong size, or incorrect information provided by the customer.

Please double-check all details before placing your order, including QR content, phone number, link, username, size, and color.

Standard Non-Personalized Products

For standard non-personalized products, EU customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our mistake.

Order Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order.

After 1 hour, production may already be in progress and the order cannot be cancelled or modified.

For personalized products, we may decline cancellation requests once production has started.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We offer a replacement or refund if the product arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect due to our mistake.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at imsingleshop@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the issue, including a close-up and full item photo

Once verified, we’ll send a replacement free of charge or issue a refund.

QR Scannability

All QR codes are printed in high resolution.

If your QR code doesn’t scan properly, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo showing the issue.

We’ll reprint the item if the print quality is at fault. We can’t replace items if the phone number, link, username, or QR content provided by you was incorrect.

Please do not send items back to the return address or print facility without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

EU Right of Withdrawal

Under EU law, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

For standard non-personalized products, EU customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Personalized Information Disclaimer

Customers are fully responsible for the accuracy and ownership of all personal details submitted for printing, including phone numbers, social media usernames, links, or QR codes.

We print exactly what is provided and are not responsible for incorrect, outdated, or unauthorized information.
