Refund policy

Custom-Made Products

All print-on-demand items (including hats) are produced specifically after an order is placed. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind or sizing issues.

We only offer replacements or refunds if an item arrives defective or incorrect.

Each T-shirt is printed individually with your unique QR code and personal details. Because of this personalization, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, wrong size, or incorrect information provided by you.

Please double-check all details (phone number, QR content, size, and color) before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order. After 2 hours, production may already be in progress, and the order cannot be cancelled or modified.

Refunds for Defects or Errors

We only offer replacements or refunds if:

  • The product arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, or
  • The QR code is incorrect due to our mistake (not the details you provided).

If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at imsingleshop@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue (close-up and full item)

Once verified, we’ll send a replacement free of charge or issue a refund.

Returns

Please do not send items back to the return address or print facility without contacting us first — unauthorized returns will not be processed.

QR Scannability

All QR codes are printed in high resolution. If your code doesn’t scan properly, please contact us within 7 days with a photo showing the issue. We’ll reprint if the print quality is at fault. (We can’t replace items if the phone number or link provided was incorrect.)

EU Right of Withdrawal

Under EU law, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to custom-made goods. We clearly inform customers of this before purchase.

Personalized Information Disclaimer

Customers are fully responsible for the accuracy and ownership of all personal details submitted for printing, including phone numbers, social media usernames, or QR codes. We print exactly what is provided and are not responsible for incorrect, outdated, or unauthorized information.
